Who performs ARC’s analytical testing?
The COAs displayed on our website are provided by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent third-party analytical laboratory located in Franklin, Tennessee.
Why does ARC use independent third-party testing?
Independent testing provides an objective analytical review from a laboratory separate from ARC. It also gives researchers access to supporting documentation so they can make more informed purchasing decisions.

What payment methods do you accept?

How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or unusually high order volume may occasionally cause delays.
How will I receive tracking information?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates and delivery estimates are provided directly by the carrier.
What should I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first to begin a trace. If an order arrives damaged, contact ARC within 24 hours and include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the shipping box and affected items. Replacements or other resolutions are reviewed case by case under our Shipping Policy.

Yes. ARC ships internationally where permitted by law. Customers are responsible for confirming that products may be legally imported into their country and for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
